This last year that has passed has been full of things that has kept me busy and my brain working on full speed for almost every hour of the day.
I have learned a lot of java and programming and I have also had the opportunity to learn a bit about life, or at least think about life, relationships and more. What is, what could be, what can't be and what should be done etc. But I am going to leave it at that for the moment.
I have just arrived after a 7+3 hour long travel from Sjöbo to Stockholm at Sonjas home in Svista.
Tomorrow we will meet David Lichman, a 5-star Parelli instructor, that is here to have a 2 day workshop and lessons in Parelli horsemanship. This is probably going to be the beginning for me in many ways. I will be able to study a true master of horse handling close up, and I am hoping I will be learning a lot during the following 2 days.
This summer I have been spending most of the time at my parents home taking care of the cats, but also studying for the drivers license. And when the weather have been fine and the time was there I often spent time with Anna and her horses. This has really been a horse summer more or less. We have been riding her 2 old North Swedish horses and training and practicing with her youngest, Odon, that is 1 year old.
It has been great fun and I really wish I could have my own horse.
And one morning when I was thinking that I got a message from a friend about a horse that she has found that she thinks really would suit me. It is of a race that I have been thinking of as for a future horse, Irish cob, crossed with Quarter horse (25%).
If everything goes my way, I might go to Lycksele next week and meet him, Buccaneer, a 2 year old horse.
But now it is time to go to bed so I can be awake during whole day tomorrow and really learn stuff.
Will try to write here every evening and sum the day up.
